Three options of payment – 10 monthly payments, 5 two month payments, bi-yearly, yearly. *Please note that you are paying for the number of classes per year, not the number of classes per month. Each student will have the opportunity to attend 39-42 weeks of classes.
Monthly payments: Due the first week of each month – August through May (10 payments). If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a $15.00 late fee will be charged.
Bi-Monthly/every two months: Due the first week of each month – August through May (5 payments) If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a $15.00 late fee will be charged.
Bi-Yearly payments: First payment is due in the month of August no later than August 22nd, and the second payment is due the first week of January. Late payment fees will apply for August if not paid by August 29th. Late fee for January will apply after January 10th. If paying bi-yearly, the price has been discounted by 5%. (The above pricing reflects the discount.)
Yearly payment: Due no later than August 31st. If payment is not received by the 10th of September, a $15.00 late fee will be added to the total payment. If paying yearly, the price has been discounted by 10%. (The above pricing reflects the discount.)
Checks should be made out to “Viktor Yeliohin IBA”. There will be a $25.00 charge for any returned checks. You may leave your payment at the front desk in the studio or use the following mailing address: 139 Springbrook Court, Lancaster, PA 17603.
Single or drop-in classes are available at a rate of $15.00 per class. Payment is due prior to taking the class.
For families with three, or more children taking multiple classes, a discount will be offered. You must speak with the director to set up the payment amounts for each child.
If a class is missed due to illness or cancellation by the studio due to any reason the student may substitute their regularly scheduled class with any other class of the same level. Substituted class must be taken during the same month as missed class. No refund will be given for missed classes.
**If a class is dropped, a fee of $30.00 will apply. Any class dropped after October 1st will be subject to the dropped class fee. Please read the schedule and choose your classes carefully, so there will be no conflict with your chosen classes.
Boys
All boys will receive 50% off of their classes if they are registered at VYIBA. You must discuss this with the director prior to registration.
