Tuition Fee Schedule

PLEASE NOTE: For the Creative Movement class, ages 3 – 5 years, monthly tuition fee will be $50.00 for a 45 minute class. If paying every two months, the fee would be $100.00, every two months. (See every two months payments below.) If paying bi-yearly, the fee would be $243.75 (reflecting a 2.50% discount) and the yearly fee would be $475.00 (reflecting a 5% discount).

Tuition Payment

Four options of payment – 10 monthly payments, five – two-month payments, bi-yearly and yearly. *Please note that you are paying for the number of classes, per year, not the number of classes, per month. Each student will have the opportunity to attend 39-42 weeks of classes. Classes begin on August 20, 2012, and end on June 11, 2013. Your August payment includes the classes in August, 2012 and June, 2013.

Monthly payments: Due the 10th of each month – August through May (10 payments). If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a $15.00 late fee, per student, will be charged.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF A MONTHLY PAYMENT FOR DROPPED CLASSES.

Every two months: Due the first week of every other month, beginning in August. Payments will be: August, October, December, February and April. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a $15.00 late fee, per student, will be charged.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF A TWO MONTH PAYMENT FOR DROPPED CLASSES.

Bi-Yearly payments (2.5% Off): First payment is due in the month of August, no later than August 20th, and the second payment is due the 10th of January. Late payment fees will apply for August, if not paid by September 7th. Late fee for January will apply after January 10th. If paying bi-yearly, the price has been discounted by 2.50%. (The above pricing reflects the discount.)
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF A BI-YEARLY PAYMENT FOR DROPPED CLASSES.

Yearly payment (5% Off): Due no later than September 7th. If payment is not received by the 10th of September, a $15.00 late fee, per student, will be added to the total payment. If paying yearly, the price has been discounted by 5%. (The above pricing reflects the discount.)
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF A YEARLY PAYMENT FOR DROPPED CLASSES.

DROPPED CLASSES:

Students paying monthly and every two months will have until November 1, 2012, to change their schedule and drop a class without a drop class fee. Any classes dropped after November 1st, will be subject to a dropped class fee of $55.00, per class.

Students paying bi-yearly and yearly, who drop a class at any time during the year, will not pay a dropped class fee. Also, they will not receive a reimbursement from dropping that class. In exchange, the dancer may pick up another class at their level.

PLEASE READ THE SCHEDULE AND CHOOSE YOUR CLASSES CAREFULLY, SO THERE WILL BE NO CONFLICT WITH YOUR CHOSEN CLASSES.

PLEASE NOTE: IF FOR ANY REASON A STUDENT CHOOSES TO LEAVE VYIBA AT ANY TIME DURING THE YEAR, THERE WILL BE NO TUITION REFUNDED. THIS APPLIES TO THOSE PAYING MONTHLY, EVERY TWO MONTHS, BI-YEARLY OR YEARLY.
Checks should be made out to “Viktor Yeliohin IBA”. There will be a $25.00 charge for any returned checks. You may leave your payment at the studio front desk or use the following mailing address:

Single or drop-in classes are available at a rate of $15.00, per class. Payment is due prior to taking the class.

For families with three, or more children taking multiple classes, a discount will be offered. You must speak with the director to set up the payment amounts for each child.

If a class is missed due to illness, or emergency cancellation by the studio due to any reason, the student may substitute their regularly scheduled class with any other class of the same level, lower level, or advanced level, as approved by the teacher. Substituted class must be taken during the same month as missed, or cancelled, class.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR MISSED MONTHLY CLASSES.

Boys
All boys will receive 50% off of their classes if they are registered at VYIBA. You must discuss this with the director prior to registration. The 50% discount does not apply to the annual recital fee or summer camp tuition.
